视觉反馈平衡训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用

Effect of Visual Feedback Balance Training on Paralysis Patients

目的探讨视觉反馈平衡训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用。方法选择2018年1月—2019年3月脑卒中患者48例,均为偏瘫,随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组均为24例。其中对照组采用常规康复训练;治疗组在此基础上配合视觉反馈平衡训练。采用计时起立行走测试(time up and go,TUG)评定。观察治疗前与治疗两周后步行能力的变化。结果治疗前两组的TUG评估时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组的TUG评估时间均改善(P <0.05),并且治疗组的改善程度优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论视觉反馈平衡训练能够有效提高脑卒中偏瘫患者的步行能力。

Objective To explore the effect of visual feedback balance training on stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods 48 stroke patients with hemiplegia from January 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,24 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training.On this basis,the treatment group cooperated with visual feedback balance training.time up and go(TUG)test was used to evaluate the results.The changes of walking ability was observed before and after treatment for two weeks.Results There was no significant difference in time of TUG between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of it in treatment group were better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Visual feedback balance training can significantly improve walking ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
