加速康复外科在普外科围手术期的临床研究

Clinical Study of Accelerating Rehabilitation Surgery in the Perioperative Period of General Surgery

目的探讨加速康复外科在普外科围手术期的临床研究。方法 2016年8月—2018年8月我院快速康复外科的120例患者,分为研究组和对照组。两组基础围手术期方案方法相同,具体有术前、术后基础干预,术前访视患者,术中和医生密切配合,术后随访,术后禁食水,留意患者基本生命体征,保证患者安全。研究组加用加速康复,对比两组手术后恢复情况;两组住院时间及住院费用。结果研究组手术后首次下床时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间均短于对照组,两组结果比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组住院时间及住院费用低于对照组,两组结果比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论本文认为加速康复外科可以促进手术患者的康复,经济优势明显。

Objective To explore the clinical research of accelerating rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative period of general surgery.Methods From August 2016 to August 2018,120 patients in the rapid rehabilitation surgery of our hospital were divided into study group and control group.The two groups had the same basic rehabilitation methods,including preoperative and postoperative basic intervention,preoperative visit to patients,close cooperation with doctors,postoperative followup,postoperative fasting of water,pay attention to the basic vital signs of patients,and ensure the safety of patients.The patients in the study group were treated with accelerated rehabilitation and compared with the patients in the two groups.Results The first time to get out of bed,the first time to exhaust gas and the first time to defecate in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,there were differences between the two groups(P<0.05);the length of stay and cost of stay in the study group were lower than those in the control group,there were differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation surgery can promote the rehabilitation of surgical patients,with obvious economic advantages.
