摘要
目的探讨妊娠期盆底肌肉锻炼联合产后生物反馈电刺激对改善盆底功能的临床效果。方法共纳入我院妊娠期盆底功能障碍患者100例,均为我院2019年4月—2020年1月收治的患者,使用摸球分组的方式,分为对照组以及研究组,对照组接受盆底肌肉锻炼,研究组接受盆底肌肉锻炼联合产后生物反馈电刺激治疗,对比两组患者妊娠37周、产后3个月Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌肌力分级。结果妊娠37周:研究组的Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌肌力分级≤Ⅲ级例数大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);产后3个月:研究组的Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌肌力分级≤Ⅲ级例数大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对于妊娠期盆底功能障碍患者,于妊娠期间给予盆底肌肉锻炼,在产后进行生物反馈电刺激治疗,能够有效的改善患者的盆底肌力。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of pelvic floor muscle exercise during pregnancy combined with postpartum biofeedback electrical stimulation on improving pelvic floor function.Methods A total of 100 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction during pregnancy were enrolled in our hospital,all of whom were admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to January 2020.They were divided into control group and research group by touching the ball.The control group received pelvic floor muscle exercise,and the research group received pelvic floor muscle exercise combined with postpartum biofeedback electrical stimulation treatment.The classⅠand classⅡmuscle strength grades of 37 weeks of pregnancy and 3 months of postpartum were compared between the two groups.Results 37th week of pregnancy:The number of cases with classⅠand classⅡmuscle strength grade≤classⅢin the study group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Three months after delivery:the number of cases with classⅠand classⅡmuscle strength grade≤classⅢin the study group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with pelvic floor dysfunction during pregnancy,pelvic floor muscle exercise during pregnancy and biofeedback electrical stimulation after delivery can effectively improve the basin muscle strength of patients.
