肺泡灌洗联合局部用药治疗RMPP效果分析

Effect of Ambroxol in the Treatment of Refractory Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia

目的分析支气管肺泡灌洗氨溴索联合局部注药治疗难治性肺炎支原体肺炎(refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,RMPP)临床效果。方法选择我院2017年10月—2019年2月收治的难治性支原体肺炎患者220例做为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分组为观察组120例,对照组100例。对照组常规治疗,观察组联合支气管肺泡灌洗联合氨溴索与布地奈德治疗,比较治疗结束后组间患儿实验室炎性指标(血清LDH、CRP、PCT、ESR)改善程度以及临床相关指标(咳嗽、发热以及啰音)消散时间。结果观察组实验室炎性指标(血清CRP)以及临床相关指标(咳嗽、发热以及肺部啰音)消散时间的表现均显著优于对照组,P <0.05。结论支气管肺泡灌洗氨溴索联合局部注药治疗难治性肺炎支原体肺炎效果显著,能显著改善患者临床症状,改善炎性反应水平。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of bronchoalveolar lavage ambroxol combined with local injection in the treatment of refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods 220 patients with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to February 2019 were used as the research objects.The random number table was used to divide the observation group into 120 cases and the control group 100 cases.The control group recieved conventional treatment,the observation group combined with bronchoalveolar lavage combined with ambroxol and budesonide treatment,compare the improvement of the laboratory inflammatory indexes(serum LDH,CRP,PCT,ESR)and the clinical dissipation time of related indicators(cough,fever,and rales).Results The performance of laboratory inflammatory indexes(serum CRP)and clinical related indexes(cough,fever,and rales)of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Bronchoalveolar lavage and ambroxol combined with local injection have a significant effect in the treatment of refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the level of inflammatory response.
