老年慢性心力衰竭使用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets in Elderly Patients With Chronic Heart Failure

目的老年慢性心力衰竭使用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片的疗效分析。方法纳入2019年6月—2019年12月时段内我院收治的108例老年慢性心力衰竭患者,参考随机动态数字表划分为对照组(54例,常规治疗与卡维地洛治疗)与观察组(54例,基于对照组疗法另行沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗),比对分析两组治疗后的心功能指标、血清学指标及不良反应发生率。结果经治疗观察组的左心室收缩末期内径(left ventricular end systolic diameter,LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(left ventricular end diastolic diameter,LVEDD)指标低于对照组,左心射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组的血清生长分化因子-15(growth differentiation factor-15,GDF-15)、可溶性细胞间黏附因子-1(soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1,sICAM-1)、可溶性人基质裂解素2(soluble suppression of tumorigenicity 2,sST2)以及半乳糖凝集素(galectin,GaI-3)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为12.96%,与对照组的11.11%不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论基于常规治疗另行沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片,可以改善老年慢性心力衰竭者的心功能与血清指标,且安全性良好,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets in elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 108 elderly patients with chronic heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to December 2019 were included.They were divided into the control group(54 cases,conventional treatment and carvedilol treatment)and observation group(54 cases,based on the treatment of the control group,and then treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets)with reference to the random dynamic number table,compared the cardiac function indicators,serological indicators and the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment between the two groups.Results Left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The growth differentiation factor-15(GDF-15)and soluble intercellular adhesion factor-1(soluble intercellular the adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1),soluble human matrix lysin 2(soluble suppression of tumorigenicity 2,sST2) ,and galectin(galectin,GaI-3)were all lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 12.96%,compared with the incidence of 11.11%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Based on conventional treatment,the addition of sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets can improve the heart function and serum parameters of elderly patients with chronic heart failure,and it is safe and worthy of promotion.
