血站采血过程中关键控制点对血液质量安全的重要性

The Importance of Key Control Points to Blood Quality and Safety in Blood Collection

目的探究血站采血护理管理过程中关键控制点对血液质量安全的重要作用。方法本血站自2019年4月起开始实施采血管理关键控制点质量改进,2019年3月—2019年4月为收集采血质量改进前,2019年4月—2019年5月为实施后,收集两个时间段献血者及血液质量相关资料,对比分析血液报废率、献血者不良反应发生率及对采血满意率。结果实施血站采血质量改进后,血液报废率为0.46%(30/6 540),显著低于质量改进前的8.86%(560/6 320);献血者不良反应发生率降低,满意率明显升高,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对血站采血管理过程中关键控制点加以质量改进,可有效提高血液质量安全性,减少献血者不良反应的发生。

Objective To explore the important effect of key control points on blood quality and safety in blood collection nursing management.Methods Since April 2019,this blood station has implemented the quality improvement of key control points of blood collection management,from March 2019 to April 2019,blood donors and blood quality related data was collected before the improvement of blood collection quality.From April 2019 to May 2019 was after the implementation.and compared and analyzed the rate of blood scrap,adverse reactions and satisfaction with blood collection.Results After the improvement of blood collection quality in blood station,the rejection rate of blood was 0.46%(30/6540),which was significantly lower than that of 8.86%(560/6320)before the improvement;the incidence of adverse reactions of blood donors decreased,the satisfaction rate increased significantly,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion To improve the quality of key control points in blood collection management can effectively improve the quality and safety of blood and reduce adverse reactions of blood donors.
