PDCA管理模式用于手术室医院感染控制中的效果

The Effect of PDCA Management Model in Hospital Infection Control in Operating Room

目的对在手术室医院感染控制中应用PDCA管理模式的效果进行研究。方法选择本院手术室收治的手术患者386例作为本次研究纳入的研究对象,选取时间段为2017年1月—2018年5月。按照随机数字表法将其划分为常规组和研究组,每组各有193例。采用常规管理模式对常规组进行管理,采用PDCA管理模式对研究组进行管理。对比两组患者的感染控制效果。结果常规组的感染率与研究组比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。常规组的空气菌落总数明显高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在医院手术室感染控制中应用PDCA管理模式效果显著,可以有效减少手术室的空气菌落总数。

Objective To study the effect of applying PDCA management model in hospital infection control in operating room.Methods 386 cases of surgical patients admitted to the operating room of our hospital were selected as the research objects in this study,and the selected time period was January 2017 to may 2018.According to the random number table method,they were divided into conventional group and study group,with 193 cases in each group.The conventional management mode was used to manage the conventional group,and PDCA management mode was used to manage the research group.The infection control effect of the two groups was compared.Results The infection rate of the routine group was not significantly different from that of the study group(P>0.05).The total number of air colonies in the routine group was significantly higher than that in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA management mode in hospital operating room infection control has a significant effect and can effectively reduce the total number of air colonies in the operating room.
