阶段性护理干预在小儿高热惊厥中的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Staged Nursing Intervention in Children With Febrile Seizures

目的探讨对高热惊厥患儿采用阶段性护理干预方案的临床效果。方法选择本院2018年1月—2018年12月收治高热惊厥患儿计766例,随机分为采用常规护理方案对照组(n=383)与采用阶段性护理干预方案(即分为入院时、发热期与恢复期三个阶段进行护理干预)试验组(n=383),对比两组患儿的惊厥次数、退热时间、住院时间以及护理满意度。结果试验组惊厥次数为(1.25±0.31)次、退热时间为(8.10±2.16)h、住院时间为(4.68±2.11)d,对照组为(3.18±0.71)次、(14.81±2.31)h、(6.94±2.26)d,两组组间对比差异存在统计学意义,P <0.05。试验组患儿家属满意度评分为(91.82±6.44)分,高于对照组(84.37±5.17)分,P <0.05。结论对高热惊厥患儿采用阶段性护理干预方案可有效改善患儿的高热与惊厥症状,可加快患儿的康复进程,能够提高家属满意度。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of periodic nursing intervention scheme for children with hyperthermia convulsion.Methods 766 cases of hyperthermia convulsions were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018.Random divided into control groups using conventional care programs(n=383)and periodic care interventions(ie,care interventions at the time of admission,fever,and recovery)(n=383),the frequency of convulsions,time of fever withdrawal,time of hospitalization and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The number of convulsions in the test group was(1.25±0.31)times,the time of heat loss was(8.10±2.16)h,and the time of hospitalization was(4.68±2.11)d,The control group was(3.18±0.71)times,(14.81±2.31)h,(6.94±2.26)d,and there were significant differences between the two groups,P<0.05.The family satisfaction score of the children in the test group was(91.82±6.44)points,which was higher than that of the control group(84.37±5.17)points,P<0.05.Conclusion periodic nursing intervention can effectively improve the symptoms of hyperthermia and convulsion,accelerate the recovery process,and improve the satisfaction of families.
