护理干预在青春期多囊卵巢综合征中的应用

Application of Nursing Intervention in Adolescent Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的探究与分析护理干预对青春期多囊卵巢综合征患者生活质量的影响。方法采取随机数字表法对2016年7月—2019年7月收治的80例青春期多囊卵巢综合征分组,各40例,在予以常规药物治疗的基础上,对照组行基础护理,观察组行综合护理干预,对比两组体质量指数(BMI)、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素以及生活质量。结果对照组治疗后BMI、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素分别为(24.31±1.26)kg/m2、(13.52±7.22)mmol/L、(5.65±0.49)mmol/L,观察组治疗后BMI、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素分别为(21.89±1.33)kg/m2、(8.27±6.30)mmol/L、(5.01±0.47)mmol/L,观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后相比体质量指数、空腹血糖及空腹胰岛素水平均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。对照组治疗后躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能及社会功能评分分别为(76.09±3.27)分、(75.27±3.47)分、(75.24±3.66)分、(76.52±3.27)分、(76.18±3.35)分,观察组治疗后躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能及社会功能评分分别为(85.49±4.11)分、(84.59±4.4)分、(86.68±4.20)分、(85.68±4.48)分、(85.64±4.20)分,观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能及社会功能评分较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预显著的调节患者的体质量指数、空腹血糖及胰岛素水平,同时改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore and analyze the influence of nursing intervention on the quality of life of adolescent patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 80 cases of adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome treated from July 2016 to July 2019 were taken by a random table into two groups,there were 40 cases in each groups.On the basis of conventional drug treatment,the control group received basic nursing and the observation group received comprehensive Nursing,comparing body mass index,fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin and quality of life between the two groups.Results After treatment,BMI,fasting blood glucose and fasting insulin in the control group were(24.31±1.26)kg/m2,(13.52±7.22)mmol/L,(5.65±0.49)mmol/L,respectively.BMI,fasting blood glucose and fasting insulin in the observation group were(21.89±1.33)kg/m2,(8.27±6.30)mmol/L,(5.01±0.47)mmol/L,body mass index,fasting blood glucose and fasting insulin levels of the observation group were lower than that in the control group after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,role function,cognitive function,emotional function and social function of the control group were(76.09±3.27)points,(75.27±3.47)points,(75.24±3.66)points,(76.52±3.27)points,respectively.(76.18±3.35)points,the physical function,role function,cognitive function,emotional function and social function score of the observation group were(85.49±4.11)points,(84.59±4.4)points,(86.68±4.20)points,(85.68±4.48)points,(85.64±4.20)points,scores for physical function,role function,cognitive function,emotional function and social function in the the observation group was higher then that in the control group after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly regulate the body mass index,fasting blood glucose and insulin levels,and improve the quality of life of patients.
