综合护理在老年高血压合并急性心肌梗死中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Nursing in Elderly Patients With Hypertension Complicated With Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的探究与分析综合护理对老年高血压合并急性心肌梗死患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法采取随机数字表法对2016年7月—2019年7月收治的老年高血压合并急性心肌梗死患者80例分组,各40例,对比两组心理状态及生活质量。结果综合护理组焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪评分分别为(56.68±5.21)分、(55.89±4.75)分,综合护理组焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪评分分别为(42.59±4.02)分、(43.48±3.69)分,综合护理组与常规护理组相比焦虑情绪及抑郁情绪评分较低,组间差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。常规护理组躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能及社会功能评分分别为(61.02±8.69)分、(62.96±7.74)分、(60.39±6.32)分、(62.58±7.22)分、(63.89±6.55)分,综合护理组躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能及社会功能评分分别为(78.65±9.26)分、(75.24±10.55)分、(74.87±8.64)分、(72.69±9.02)分、(73.45±8.74)分,综合护理组躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能及社会功能评分均高于常规护理组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论综合护理应用于老年高血压合并急性心梗患者中能够有效的促进改善其心理状态,并提高其生活质量。

Objective To investigate and analyze the effects of comprehensive nursing on the mental state and quality of life of elderly patients with hypertension complicated with acute myocardial infarction Methods Eighty patients with senile hypertension complicated with acute myocardial infarction treated into our hospital from July 2016 to July 2019 were taken by a random table divided into routine nursing group and comprehensive nursing group,there were 40 cases in each group.Mental state and quality of life of the two groups.Results The anxiety and depression scores of the comprehensive nursing group were(56.68±5.21)points and(55.89±4.75)points respectively.The anxiety and depression scores of the comprehensive nursing group were(42.59±4.02)points and(43.48±3.69)points respectively.Compared with the conventional nursing group,the scores of anxiety and depression were lower in the comprehensive nursing group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The physical function,role function,cognitive function,emotional function and social function score of the routine nursing group were(61.02±8.69)points,(62.96±7.74)points,(60.39±6.32)points,(62.58±7.22)points,(63.89±6.55)points,the physical function,role function,cognitive function,emotional function and social function score of the comprehensive nursing group were(78.65±9.26)points,(75.24±10.55)points,(74.87±8.64)points,(72.69±9.02)points,(73.45±8.74)points,The physical function,role function,cognitive function,emotional function and social function scores were higher in the comprehensive nursing group than in the conventional nursing group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the mental state and improve the quality of life of elderly patients with hypertension and acute myocardial infarction.
