血液透析患者内瘘闭塞后溶栓治疗中优质护理的应用

Application of High Quality Nursing in Thrombolytic Therapy of Hemodialysis Patients With Internal Fistula Occlusion

目的优质护理服务在血液透析患者内瘘闭塞后溶栓治疗中的应用。方法在2018年11月—2019年11月期间选择在本院进行血液透析治疗的64例患者作为研究对象,按照简单化随机方式(抛硬币双面随机)分为两组,给予研究组32例患者优质护理服务干预,给予对照组32例患者常规护理干预,干预后评价不良反应发生率、护理依从性及负性情绪变化情况。结果对照组不良反应发生率25.00%明显高于研究组6.25%,P <0.05。对照组护理依从性71.88%远远低于研究组93.75%,P <0.05。研究组负性情绪低于对照组,P <0.05。结论优质护理服务在血液透析患者内瘘闭塞后溶栓治疗中具有重要作用,可以显著提升血液透析治疗安全性,还能提升患者的治疗依从性,降低患者的负性情绪,在实际临床中的护理价值较高。

Objective To explore the application of high quality nursing service in thrombolysis of hemodialysis patients with internal fistula occlusion.Methods 64 hemodialysis patients from November 2018 to November 2019 in our hospital were divided into two groups:the study group and the control group.They were given high-quality nursing service intervention in the study group,routine nursing intervention in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions,nursing compliance and negative emotional changes were evaluated after intervention.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 25.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the study group(6.25%,P<0.05).The compliance of 71.88%in the control group was significantly lower than that of 93.75%in the study group(P<0.05).The negative emotion of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion high quality nursing service plays an important role in thrombolytic therapy of hemodialysis patients with internal fistula occlusion.It can not only ensure the safety of nursing,but also improve the compliance of patients and improve the negative emotions of patients.
