手术室护理干预在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Operating Room Nursing Intervention in Breast Cancer Patients

目的探究手术室护理干预对乳腺癌患者血压、心率及心理状态的影响。方法选择2018年1月—2018年11月于本院行乳腺癌手术的患者84例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各42例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组实施手术室护理干预。比较两组血压、心率及心理状态。结果干预后观察组收缩压(114.89±7.18)mmHg、舒张压(78.67±4.92)mmHg,均低于对照组的(119.28±7.46)mmHg、(82.16±5.03)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);干预后观察组心率(80.71±5.04)次/min,低于对照组的(85.24±5.33)次/min,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);干预后观察组SAS评分(47.28±3.04)分、SDS评分(46.85±3.01)分,低于对照组的(51.83±3.24)分、(49.17±3.07)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论手术室护理干预可有效减轻乳腺癌患者应激反应,稳定血压及心率,改善其心理状态,促进患者康复。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in operating room on blood pressure,heart rate and psychological state of patients with breast cancer.Methods 84 patients who underwent breast cancer surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to November 2018 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,42 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given operation room nursing intervention.Blood pressure,heart rate and mental state were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the systolic blood pressure(114.89±7.18)mmHg and diastolic blood pressure(78.67±4.92)mmHg in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(119.28±7.46)mmHg and(82.16±5.03)mmHg(P<0.05),and the heart rate(80.71±5.04)times/min in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(85.24±5.33)times/min.The difference was significant(P<0.05).The SAS score(47.28±3.04)points and SDS score(46.85±3.01)points of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(51.83±3.24)points and(49.17±3.07)points,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention in operating room can effectively alleviate the stress reaction of breast cancer patients,stabilize blood pressure and heart rate,improve their psychological state and promote their rehabilitation.
