呼吸训练和健康教育对慢性支气管炎患者的影响

Effect of Respiratory Training and Health Education on Patients With Chronic Bronchitis

目的观察呼吸训练和健康教育对慢性支气管炎患者疾病知识和并发症情况的影响。方法随机选择2018年2月—2019年4月本院收治82例慢性支气管炎患者,按照入院单双号原则均等分成常规组和研究组,各41例;常规组接受一般护理和常规疾病宣教,研究组在此基础上接受健康教育和呼吸训练干预。随访期3个月,针对两组患者疾病知识知晓率、并发症率情况加以分析对比。结果研究组各项疾病知识知晓率,均明显高于常规组(P <0.05);且前者并发症发生率明显低于后者(P <0.05)。结论合理的呼吸训练加之健康教育措施可提升慢性支气管炎患者的疾病知识知晓率,并可减少临床并发症的发生。

Objective To observe the effect of respiratory training and health education on knowledge of diseases and complications in patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods 82 cases of chronic bronchitis patients were randomly selected from February 2018 to April 2019 in our hospital,and were equally divided into routine group and research group according to the principle of single and even number at admission,with 41 cases in each group.the routine group received general nursing and routine disease education,and the research group received health education and respiratory training intervention on this basis.The follow-up period was 3 months.The awareness rate of disease knowledge and complication rate of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The awareness rate of disease knowledge in the study group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the former group was significantly lower than that in the latter group(P<0.05).Conclusion Reasonable breathing training combined with health education measures can improve the awareness rate of disease knowledge in patients with chronic bronchitis,and reduce the incidence of clinical complications.
