Chinese Expert Consensus on Endometrial Clear Cell Carcinoma (2020 Edition)

子宫内膜透明细胞癌(UCCC)是一种临床罕见、侵袭性极强的子宫内膜癌。鉴于疾病的罕见性,临床研究中很难实施针对UCCC的大型前瞻性研究,致使UCCC的诊断、治疗面临诸多挑战,目前相关的研究数据多来自小型的回顾性研究或其他大型研究中的亚组分析。近年来,随着UCCC治疗的相关研究数据逐渐更新,本共识对UCCC临床病理学特点、术前辅助检查的选择、初始治疗及复发后治疗等逐一规范,以供临床参考。

Endometrialclear cell carcinoma( ECCC) is a rare and highly invasive endometrial carcinoma in clinic.In view of its rarity,it is difficult to carry out large-scale prospective studies on ECCC in the clinical work,resulting in many challenges in the diagnosis and treatmen.At present,most of the relevant research data come from small retrospective studies or subgroup analysis of other large studies.In recent years,the research data related to ECCC have been gradually updated,and this consensus summarizes and standardizes the clinicopathological features,selection of preoperative auxiliary examination,initial treatment and treatment after recurrence of ECCC for the clinical reference.
