摘要
子痫前期是一种妊娠特异性疾病,其主要临床特征为高血压和蛋白尿。由于子痫前期发病率高、病因不明和药物治疗效果欠佳,故亟需寻找新的治疗药物。已知Apelinergic系统(包括Apelin、ELABELA及其受体)参与了多种生理和病理过程,其与多种疾病的发生发展密切相关。近年来,Apelinergic系统与子痫前期之间的联系引起了研究者们的关注。Apelinergic系统在胎盘的形成和血管生成方面发挥重要的调控作用,外源性补充Apelin和ELABELA均可缓解动物模型中子痫前期的症状。因此,Apelinergic系统在子痫前期发病过程中发挥保护作用,未来其可能成为子痫前期治疗的一种新靶点。
Preeclampsia is a pregnancy-specific disease.Its main clinical features are hypertension and proteinuria.Due to its high incidence,unknown etiology and poor efficacy of drug therapy,it is urgent to find a new drug.The Apelinergic system( including Apelin,ELABELA and their receptor) is known to be involved in a variety of physiological and pathological processes,and associated with the development of various diseases.In recent years,the relationship between the Apelinergic system and preeclampsia has evoked interests among the researchers.The Apelinergic system plays an important role in placental function and angiogenesisi.Exogenous supplementation of Apelin and ELABELA both can relieve the symptoms of preeclampsia in animal models.Therefore,Apelenergic system plays a protective role in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia,which may become a new target of the treatment in the future.
