摘要
核转运蛋白α2(KPNA2)是核转运蛋白家族的重要成员之一,参与了多种生命活动,与多种肿瘤相关蛋白相互作用,在细胞周期调控、转录调控、细胞凋亡、DNA修复等细胞活动中发挥重要作用。卵巢癌是常见的妇科恶性肿瘤,其中上皮性卵巢癌占大部分,探究KPNA2与上皮性卵巢癌的关系,可以帮助早期诊断卵巢癌,研究KPNA2在上皮性卵巢癌细胞增殖迁移的机制,预测卵巢癌患者的预后,敲减KPNA2基因,可以提高卵巢癌细胞对顺铂化疗的敏感性,从而有效抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、促进其凋亡,改善患者的预后,延长生存期。
Karyopherin α2( KPNA2) is an important member of the nuclear transporter family,which participates in a variety of life activities,interacts with a variety of tumor-related proteins,and plays an important role in cell cycle regulation,transcriptional regulation,cell apoptosis and DNA repair.Ovarian cancer is a common gynecologic malignancy,of which epithelial ovarian cancer accounts for the majority.Exploring the relationship between KPNA2 and epithelial ovarian cancer can help the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer;investigating the mechanism of KPNA2 proliferation and migration in epithelial ovarian cancer cells,predicting the prognosis of ovarian cancer patients,and knocking down KPNA2 gene can improve the sensitivity of ovarian cancer cells to cisplatin chemotherapy,therefore effectively inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells,promote their apoptosis,so as to improve the prognosis and extend the survival of the patients.
