随着云计算、大数据、区块链等技术的飞速发展,物联网技术得到了迅速的推广应用,智慧城市概念已从理论阶段逐步发展到实现阶段。将城市路灯全面纳入新型的城市物联网体系,运用先进的物联网技术,建成集路灯监控、生产运行管理、应急指挥及资源共享等功能于一体的照明信息化综合管理平台,统一照明监管,提高日常管理效能、绿色照明技术支撑、照明节能减排以及应急处置能力。使照明管理与信息化建设成为智慧城市建设的重要组成部分,全面提高城市照明管理水平,减少能源浪费,提升能源使用效率,达到节能减排的目的。以期为我国智慧照明信息化综合管理系统的建设达到世界先进水平做出贡献。

With the rapid development of cloud computing,big data,blockchain and other technologies,the Internet of Things technology has been rapidly promoted and applied,and the concept of Smart City has gradually developed from the theoretical stage to the implementation stage.Urban street lights will be fully integrated into the new urban IOT system,and advanced IOT technologies will be used to build an integrated lighting information management platform integrating street lamp monitoring,production and operation management,emergency command and resource sharing,so as to unify lighting supervision and improve daily management efficiency,green lighting technology support,lighting energy conservation&emission reduction,as well as emergency disposal capacity.To make lighting management and information construction become an important part of Smart City construction,comprehensively improve the level of urban lighting management,reduce energy consumption and improve energy efficiency,achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction,in order to contribute to the construction of information integrated management system of intelligent lighting in China upto the world's pioneering level.
