装配式住宅建筑管线分离技术应用探讨

Application Exploration of Pipeline Separation Technique in Prefabricated Residential Buildings

根据装配式建筑评价标准(GB/T51129-2017)相关要求,结合现阶段河北省主要采用的管线分离技术和产品,就如何在给排水、电气、暖通专业中的应用进行探讨。结合工程实例,说明如何采用管线分离技术以及其他技术措施,达到装配式住宅建筑对装配率的评定要求。

According to relevant requirements of Standard for Assessment of Prefabricated Building(GB/T51129-2017),combined with the pipeline separation technology and products mainly used in Hebei Province at this stage,this paper discusses the application in water supply and drainage,electrical,and HVAC.Combining engineering examples,this paper also explains how to use pipeline separation technology and other technical measures to meet the assessment requirements on prefabrication ratio for prefabricated residential buildings.
