摘要 近年来,在信息化和制造业融合大潮下,传统的固定式PC构件工厂存在的占地面积大、资源浪费严重,构件运输中损耗大等局限性凸显出来。为实现精益建造和节约资源及成本,本项目提出了可以"跟着工程走"的移动化PC工厂。移动化PC工厂是指可在短期内快速搭建并按需求高效投入生产的装配式PC构件工厂。项目利用GIS技术,在施工工地周边快速选址。工厂建设主体结构选取轻钢结构,在短时间内完成工厂搭建,按照需求开始生产预制楼墙板和预制楼梯等构件。项目全过程利用BIM5D技术,实时监测调控构件生产进度、指导施工场地的现场布置等,可实现全过程的成本、进度、质量精准控制;在构件运输环节,还可利用GIS技术实时反馈道路拥堵状况、计算路程时间,提供可行性方案,节省运输时间和成本。 In recent years,under the trend of integration of information technology and manufacturing industry,the limitations of traditional stationary PC component factories,such as large floor space,serious waste of resources,and large loss in component transportation,have been highlighted.In order to realize lean construction and save resources and costs,this project proposes a mobile PC factory that can"follow the project".Mobile PC factories refer to PC component factories that can be set up quickly in a short time and put into production efficiently according to demand.The project uses GIS technology to quickly locate the site around the construction site.The main structure of the factory construction is light steel structure,which can complete the construction of the factory in a short time and start to produce precast building wall panels and precast stairs as required.BIM5D technology is used throughout the project to monitor and control the production schedule of components in real time and guide the site layout of the construction site,so as to realize accurate control of the cost,schedule and quality of the whole process.In the component transportation link,GIS technology can also be used to provide real-time feedback of road congestion,calculate the journey time,and provide feasible solutions to save transportation time and cost.
