X社区整村搬迁进程中的乡村社区营造路径研究

Research on Path of Rural Community Construction in Process of Whole Village Relocation

作为实施精准脱贫战略、深度推进城镇化进程的重要举措之一,整村搬迁举措虽然总体上改善了农民的居住条件,促进了基础设施完善,但生活空间嬗变也使搬迁居民在融入新社区过程中产生了诸多问题。基于对X社区的实地调研,在剖析相关问题基础上,尝试运用社区营造理念介入新搬迁社区建设过程。借助社区营造中“人、情、景、治、产”五位一体的分析框架,深入剖析整村搬迁中存在的问题,探索乡村社区的营造路径,为推动新型农村社区高质量转型发展贡献应有之力。

The relocation of the whole village is one of the important measures to implement the targeted poverty alleviation strategy and promote the urbanization process.Although village relocation measures have generally improved living conditions of the farmers and help improve the infrastructure,the evolution of living space causes many problems for the relocated residents in the process of integrating into the new community.Based on the spot investigation of X community and the analysis of related problems,this paper attempts to apply the concept of community building to intervene in the process of new relocated community construction.With the help of the five-in-one analysis framework of"people,situation,scenery,governance and production"in community construction,the problems existing in the whole village relocation are analyzed,and the construction path of rural communities explored,so as to contributes to the high-quality transformation and development of new rural communities.
