高校图书馆“三全育人”职能探析

Educational Function in"Three All-round Education"of University Library in the New Era

高校图书馆面临着教育更加开放、教育需求更加全面、教育动力更加内化的新形势。在这种形势下,高校图书馆应结合自身优势在“三全育人”过程中发挥更大的作用。针对高校图书馆主动参与“三全育人”工作所面临的认识、体制、准备、协同等问题,提出了通过加强培训、制度创新、优化环境等方式予以解决的对策。

The university library is faced with the new situation of wider opening education,more comprehensive demand in education and deeper internalized motivation for education.In this situation,the university library should play a greater role in the work of"Three all-round education"combined with its own superiorities.In view of the problems of understanding,system,preparation and coordination faced by the active participation of university libraries in the work of"Three all-round education",this paper puts forward the countermeasures of strengthening training,system innovation and optimizing the environment to solve the problems.
