摘要
采用毛细管电泳法测定染料厂废水中10种苯胺类化合物的含量,经10-乙基吖啶酮-2-磺酰氯(EASC)柱前衍生的10种苯胺化合物在12min内可实现快速高效的基线分离。10种苯胺类化合物的浓度在一定范围内与其对应的峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.025~0.055mmol·L-1。方法用于染料厂废水样品的分析,加标回收率为97.6%~102%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)为1.4%~3.1%。
Capillary electrophoresis was applied to the determination of 10 aniline compounds in wastewater of dyestuff plant.The 10 aniline compounds which pre-column derivatived by EASC were separated in 12 min quickly.Linear relationships between values of peak area and concentration of the 10 aniline compounds were kept in definite ranges.Detection limits(3S/N)of the method ranged from 0.025 to 0.055 mmol·L-1.The proposed method was applied to the analysis of wastewater samples of dyestuff plant,giving values of recovery found by standard addition method and RSDs(n=5)of determined values in the ranges of 97.6%-102%and 1.4%-3.1%respectively.
