三翼钻头钻进过程模拟及结构参数优化 被引量:2

Simulation on drilling process of three-wing bit and optimization of structural parameters

摘要 针对地铁暗挖车站在复杂地层中机械成桩难和钻进效率低的问题,优化钻具参数可适应复杂地层的钻进需要。应用ANSYS Workbench仿真平台显式动力学分析方法,通过设置本构模型参数来模拟三翼钻头在粉质黏土层、细中砂及砂卵石层的钻进过程,结合均匀试验设计法得到等效塑性应变速率的回归方程。分析结果表明:最佳钻进效率钻头模型参数钻角为45°,钻齿与护臂夹角为45°,钻齿直径为65 mm,速度为10 rad/s。有限元数值模拟方法与均匀试验法为优化钻头结构、提升反循环钻机的钻进效率提供了一定依据。 In view of the problems such as difficulty in mechanical pile construction and low drilling efficiency during underground station excavation,to optimize the parameters of drill rig can adapt to drilling requirements in complex stratum.The explicit dynamics analysis method of ANSYS Workbench simulation platform was applied,after setting the parameters of constitutive model to simulate the drilling process of the three-wing bit in silty clay layer,fine medium sand layer and pebble layer,the regression equation of the equivalent plastic strain rate was obtained by using the uniform test design method.Analysis results showed:at the optimal drilling efficiency of the model,the tip angle of drilling bit was 45°,the angle between drilling tooth and drilling boom was 45°,the diameter of drilling tooth was 65 mm,and the rotating speed was 10 rad/s.Finite element numerical simulation method and the uniform test method offered some reference for the structural optimization of drilling bit and the enhancement of the drilling efficiency of reverse circulation drilling rig.
