长输管道完整性评价方法决策分析 被引量:4

摘要 我国长输管道已全面实施完整性管理,通过预防和控制腐蚀、制造缺陷、管体变形、机械损伤等风险保障管道安全。目前国内外管道行业已形成基于直接评价、内检测和压力试验的完整性评价标准体系,但缺少选择应用管道完整性评价方法的指导原则。NACE SP 0113—2013规定了气体和危险液体管道完整性评价方法选择指南,以及后续评价仍使用首次评价方法或者使用其他评价方法的优势分析和注意事项,综合考虑运行压力、管道长度管径、清管通过性、屏蔽、腐蚀风险、管道可接近性、干扰腐蚀、环焊缝风险和经济成本等因素,最后提出该标准的采标建议,以期建立符合我国国情、科学合理的完整性评价方法选择准则,提升我国管道完整性管理水平。 Integrity management has been fully implemented for long-distance pipeline in China,which ensures the safety of pipeline by preventing and controlling risks such as corrosion,manufacturing defects,pipe deformation,mechanical damage,etc.At present,the pipeline industry at home and abroad has formed a standard system for pipeline integrity evaluation based on direct evaluation,internal inspection and pressure test,but there is no guiding principle for selecting pipeline integrity evaluation method.NACE Sp0113-2013 specifies the selection guide of integrity evaluation methods for gas and dangerous liquid transmission pipeline,and the advantages and precautions of using the first evaluation method or other evaluation methods in subsequent evaluation,and comprehensively considers the operation pressure,pipeline length and diameter,pigging trafficability,shielding,corrosion risk,pipeline accessibility,interference corrosion,girth weld risk and Economic cost and other factors.At last,the paper puts forward the suggestion of adopting the standard to establish a scientific and reasonable criteria for the selection of integrity evaluation methods in line with China's national conditions,and improving the level of pipeline integrity management in China.
