引压管根部阀泄漏处理中带压堵漏夹具的设计及应用

Design and Application of Leaking Stoppage Fixture with Pressure for Dealing with the Leak⁃age of Valve at the Root of Natural Gas Pipeline Impulse Pipe

针对川气东送管道上使用的引压管根部阀发生泄漏的问题,提出一种带压堵漏夹具的解决办法。通过对现场泄漏阀门的勘察,泄漏阀门有多处漏点,传统的处理方式不合适。通过专用夹具的设计、制造、试验,在川气东送管道上进行了应用,取得了良好的效果。这种夹具适用于根部阀单处或多处漏点的堵漏,并且不用进行高压注胶,夹具安装完之后阀门的阀杆可以操作。

In view of the leakage of the root valve of the impulse pipe used in the Sichuan-to-East gas transmission pipeline,a solution of leaking stoppage fixture with pressure is proposed.Through the field observation of the root valve,it is found that there are many leakage points in the valve,and the traditional treatment methods are not suitable.After the design,manufacture and test,the special fixture has been applied in the Sichuan-to-East gas transmission pipeline and good results are achieved.This kind of fixture is suitable for the treatment of single or multiple leakage points of the root valve without high pressure glue injection.After the fixture is installed,the valve stem can be operated.
