护士面临的道德困境及其干预的研究进展

护理学科快速发展的同时给临床护理带来更大的机遇,但机遇与挑战并存。护士常因无效护理、患者知情同意问题、满足患者的最佳利益、人际关系等方面而导致道德困境。道德困境易使护士产生身体、情感和心理上的伤害,表现为负性体验、同情心缺乏、护理质量下降、护理满意度降低等内部和外部的消极影响。道德困境成为当前临床护士面临的一个重要问题。提出增加心理和道德韧性、建立AACN模型、举办研讨会、撰写叙事医学、人文关怀来对道德困境进行有效干预。使护士幸福快乐的同时,提供更加优质的护理服务。

The rapid development of nursing discipline brings greater opportunities and challenges to clinical nursing.Nurses often suffer moral distress due to ineffective nursing,informed consent of patients,satisfying patient'best interests,interpersonal relationships and other aspects.Moral distress tends to cause physical,emotional and psychological harm to nurses,which is manifested as negative experience,lack of sympathy,declining care quality,lower nursing satisfaction,and other internal and external negative effects.Moral distress has become an important issue faced by nurses.Therefore,it is proposed to increase psychological and moral resilience,establish AACN model,hold seminars,write narrative medicine and provide humanistic care to effectively intervene the moral distress.The ultimate purpose is to enhance their sense of happiness,and bring out better care service.
