摘要
由于传统无影灯的转向需要手动拉动完成,这就避免不了医护人员在接触无影灯时带来的细菌感染问题。本文设计了一种基于手术刀遥控的智能无影灯,硬件部分由手术刀与无影灯两大部分组成。手术刀内部具有STM32单片机最小系统、陀螺仪模块、无线模块和外部按键,无影灯由STM32单片机最小系统、无线模块、舵机和步进电机组成,软件系统由Keil软件编译实现。当按下手术刀上的按键时,无影灯的位置会随着手术刀方向的变化而改变。通过手术刀就可以控制无影灯的转向,免除了传统无影灯的转向需要医护人员手动拉动所带来的不便,避免了医护人员与无影灯的直接接触。
Since the traditional shadowless lamp steering requires manual pulling,it cannot avoid the bacterial infection caused by the medical staff when they touch the shadowless lamp.A scalpel control intelligent shadowless lamp is designed.The hardware part is composed of two parts:the scalpel and the shadowless lamp.The scalpel is equipped with STM32 single chip microcontroller minimum system,gyroscope module,wireless module and external keys.Shadowless lamp is composed of STM32 single chip microcontroller minimum system,wireless module,steering gear and stepper motor.The software system is compiled and implemented by Keil software.When the button on the scalpel is pressed,the position of the shadowless lamp will change with the direction of the scalpel.The turning of astral lamp can be controlled by scalpel,which can solve the inconvenience caused by the traditional turning of astral lamp which needs to be manually pulled by medical staff and avoid the direct contact between medical staff and shadowless lamp.
