鼻咽癌放疗患者自我超越水平及其影响因素分析

Analysis of self-transcendence level and its influencing factors in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy

目的:调查鼻咽癌放疗患者自我超越水平,并分析其影响因素。方法:于2018年7-12月采用一般资料调查表、自我超越量表、Herth希望指数及领悟社会支持量表对广州市两所三级甲等医院收治的158例鼻咽癌放疗患者进行调查。结果:鼻咽癌放疗患者的自我超越得分为(37.07±7.74)分;文化程度较高、未发生肿瘤转移、放疗次数少的患者,自我超越得分较高(P<0.05);鼻咽癌放疗患者希望水平、领悟社会支持与自我超越呈正相关(P<0.05);文化程度、放疗次数、肿瘤是否转移、希望水平、领悟社会支持是鼻咽癌放疗患者自我超越得分的影响因素,可解释总变异的43.8%。结论:鼻咽癌放疗患者自我超越水平较低,医护人员应根据患者情况实施个体化干预,提高患者的希望水平和领悟社会支持水平,从而提高患者的自我超越水平。

Objective:To investigate the self-transcendence level and its influencing factors in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy.Methods:A total of 158 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy from two tertiary grade A hospitals in Guangzhou were enrolled in the survey using the General Information Questionnaire,Self-Transcendence Scale,Herth Hope Index,and Perceived Social Support Scale.Results:The self-transcendence score of patients was 37.07±7.74.Patients with higher education level,no tumor metastasis,and lower frequency of radiotherapy,had higher self-transcendence scores(P<0.05).The level of hope,perceived social support were positively correlated with self-transcendence in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy(P<0.05).The degree of education,the times of radiotherapy,whether the tumor metastasizes,hope level,and perceived social support were the influencing factors of self-transcendence score,which can explain 43.8%of the total variation.Conclusion:The self-transcendence level of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy is low.The individualized interventions are necessary to improve the hope level and perceived social support of patients,and so as to improve the patient's self-transcendence level.
