孕期丧失胎儿妇女情感体验的现象学研究

Emotional experience of pregnancy loss women:a qualitative study

目的:了解孕期丧失胎儿妇女的真实感受与体验,旨在为护理人员更好地实施围产期照护提供依据。方法:采用现象学研究法,以目的抽样对13名妇女开展半结构式访谈,采用Colaizzi?7步法对资料进行分析。结果:提炼出孕期丧失胎儿妇女情感体验的3个主题,即交织着的复杂的悲伤体验、母亲与胎儿间的亲子联结、丧失胎儿对妇女的影响。结论:护理人员应关注孕期丧失胎儿妇女自诊断初期至胎儿娩出全程的真实感受与悲伤体验,加强悲伤辅导与心理抚慰工作,协助妇女进行悲伤转化,制定个性化干预措施,积极提升围产期护理质量。

Objective:To explore the true feelings and grief experiences of pregnancy loss women,so as to provide evidence for nurses to give better perinatal care.Methods:Semi-structured interviews were conducted among 13 women with phenomenological research methods,and data were analyzed by Colaizz's seven-step method.Results:Three themes were extracted:the complex grief response,the connection between mother and fetus,and the influence of pregnancy loss on women.Conclusion:Nurses should pay attention to grief experience of pregnancy loss women from early diagnosis to fetal delivery,strengthen grief counseling and psychological comfort,assist women in grief transformation,formulate personalized intervention measures,and actively improve the quality of perinatal care.
