发展性反馈管理在预防急诊抢救区患者院内压力性损伤中的应用效果

The application of developmental feedback management in preventing hospital-acquired pressure injury in resuscitated patients in the emergency department

目的:分析发展性反馈管理在预防急诊抢救区患者院内压力性损伤中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1-11月和2018年1—11月就诊于北京市某三级甲等医院急诊科抢救区的患者为对照组和干预组,对照组采用常规管理方法,干预组采用发展性反馈管理,比较两组患者院内压力性损伤情况。结果:对照组共2341例患者,干预组共2804例患者。相比对照组,干预组院内获得压力性损伤发生率较低(P=0.002),压力性损伤严重程度较轻(P=0.021),压力性损伤面积相对较小(P=0.049)。结论:发展性反馈管理有助于预防急诊抢救区患者的院内压力性损伤。

Objective:To explore the effects of developmental feedback management in preventing hospital-acquired pressure injury in resuscitated patients in the emergency department.Methods:Patients admitted to the emergency room in our hospital from January to November 2017 were included in the control group,and patients admitted from January to November 2018 were included in the experimental group.Patients in the control group were with routine management and those in the experimental group were with developmental feedback management.The incidence,severity and area of pressure injury were compared between the two groups.Results:There were 2341 and 2804 patients in control group and intervention group respectively.Compared with the control group,there were a lower incidence of hospital-acquired pressure injury(P=0.002),a lower level of the severity of stress injury(P=0.021),and a smaller area of stress injury(P=0.049)in patients in the intervention group.Conclusion:The developmental feedback management is an effective management way to prevent the incidence of hospital-acquired pressure injury in resuscitated patients in the emergency department.
