摘要
目的评定电感耦合等离子体法测定尿中碘含量的不确定度。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定尿中碘的含量,根据测定方法建立数学模型,分析、探讨并计算测定过程中产生的不确定度。结果尿中碘的含量为164μg/L,其扩展不确定度为9μg/L(k=2)。结论电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定尿中碘含量的不确定度主要来源有标准溶液的配制,测量重复性、样品的稀释和碘含量测定等环节。
Objective To evaluate the uncertainty for the determination of iodine in urine by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Methods The content of iodine in urine was determined by ICP-MS,and the uncertainty was analyzed,discussed and calculated by the mathematical model of result uncertainty evaluation which was established.Results The expanded uncertainty of the method was 9μg/L(k=2),when the determination result of iodine in urine was 164μg/L.Conclusion The uncertainty for the determination of iodine in urine by ICP-MS comes from the preparation of standard solution,measurement repeatability,sample dilution and the determination of iodine.
