精神科医护人员情绪智力、组织支持感与心理健康的关系

Relationship between emotional intelligence,sense of organizational support and mental health of psychiatric doctors and nurses

目的探讨精神科医护人员情绪智力、组织支持感与心理健康之间的关系。方法2019年10月采用中文版情绪智力量表、组织支持量表、12项一般健康问卷对陕西省宝鸡市2所医院精神科医护人员进行调查。结果共调查111名精神科医护人员,其中有80人(72%)可能存在心理健康问题。不同工龄的医护人员在工作支持、价值认同及组织支持感上的得分差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同婚姻状况的医护人员在工作支持维度上得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。组织支持感与心理健康呈负相关(r=-0.382,P<0.01);情绪智力与组织支持感呈正相关(r=0.239,P<0.05);情绪智力与心理健康不相关(r=0.024,P>0.05)。组织支持感对心理健康有显著的正向预测作用(β=-0.382,F=18.606,P<0.01),预测量为13.8%。结论精神科医护人员的组织支持感能够正向预测其心理健康状况。

Objective To explore the relationship between emotional intelligence,sense of organizational support and mental health of psychiatric doctors and nurses.Methods Chinese version of Emotional Intelligence Scale(EIS),Organizational support scale and General Health Questionnaire-12(GHQ-12)were used to investigate the psychiatric doctors and nurses in two hospitals in Baoji City of Shaanxi Province in October 2019.Results Totally 111 psychiatric doctors and nurses were surveyed,and 80(72%)might have a mental health problem.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of job support,value identification and sense of organizational support among medical workers of different working ages(all P<0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference in the score of job support in medical workers with different marital status(P<0.01).There was a significant negative correlation between sense of organizational support and mental health(r=-0.382,P<0.01).Emotional intelligence was positively correlated with sense of organizational support(r=0.239,P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between emotional intelligence and mental health(r=0.024,P>0.05).The sense of organizational support had a significant positive predictive effect on mental health(β=-0.382,F=18.606,P<0.01),with a predictive value of 13.8%.Conclusion The sense of organizational support can positively predict the mental health status of psychiatric doctors and nurses.
