摘要
目的分析深圳市罗湖区1例本地登革热疫情处置情况,核查整理深圳市罗湖区开展有害生物防治调查及虫媒传染病多部门联动防控模式,为登革热疫情处置及其媒介伊蚊的可持续预防控制提供参考。方法通过分析2018年1例本地登革热疫情处置过程,梳理罗湖区伊蚊传播传染病疫情处置模式。结果深圳市罗湖区2018年1例本地登革热确诊病例,经过流行病学调查精确定位疫点,及时通报疫点信息,协调多部门召开疫情处置现场会,联防联控措施确保疫点处置的准确性、及时性和有效性,快速降低蚊媒密度,未发生二代病例。结论深圳市罗湖区多部门联防联控处置蚊媒传染病疫情的机制切实有效,有事半功倍的积极作用。
Objective To analyze the disposal of an indigenous case of dengue fever in Luohu District of Shenzhen City,check and sort out the pest control investigation and multi department prevention and control mode of insect-borne infectious diseases in Luohu District of Shenzhen City,and provide a reference for the disposal of dengue fever and the sustainable prevention and control of Aedes.Methods By analyzing the disposal process of an indigenous case of dengue fever in 2018,the disposal mode for Aedes borne infectious diseases in Luohu District was summarized.Results For a confirmed case of dengue fever in Luohu District of Shenzhen City in 2018,the epidemic spot was accurately located after epidemiological investigation and the information of epidemic spot was timely reported,an on-the-spot meeting on epidemic situation disposal was hold by coordinating multi departments,to take joint prevention and control measures to ensure the accuracy,timeliness and effectiveness of epidemic spot disposal,and rapidly decrease the mosquito density.There was no second-generation case.Conclusion The mechanism of multi department joint mode of mosquito-borne infectious diseases in Luohu District of Shenzhen City is effective,and it can play a positive role with half the effort.
