培养幼儿发展管理专业人才的传统文化素养是高职院校提升幼儿发展与健康管理人才培养质量的重要举措,是时代发展对幼儿发展与健康管理人才提出的更高要求。高职院校幼儿发展与健康管理专业应根据岗位需求和社会的需要,多维度、多渠道、多举措,通过课程建设、学生管理、校园文化等加强对学生的传统文化素养培育,构建科学、合理的传统文化素养培育体系。

The cultivation of the traditional cultural quality of children’s development and management professionals is an important measure to improve the quality of children’s development and health management personnel training in higher vocational colleges.It is also a higher requirement of the development of the times for children’s development and health management personnel.According to the needs of post and society,the specialty of preschool development and health management in higher vocational colleges should strengthen the cultivation of students’traditional cultural literacy through curriculum construction,student management and campus culture,and build a scientific and reasonable system of traditional cultural cultivation.
