Regional Comparative Test of Tissue Culture Seedlings of Pinus massoniana Clones

[目的]为了比较不同马尾松品系组培苗的生长潜力,筛选出速生的优良无性系,为马尾松的良种选育提供参考。[方法]运用方差分析对马尾松不同无性系进行分析比较。[结果]1号、9号组培苗树高最高,与其他各品系苗木均表现出显著性差异。[结论]马尾松1号、9号组培苗表现出较为明显的生长优势,具有良好的推广应用价值。

[Objective]In order to compare the growth potential of tissue culture seedlings of different strain of Pinus massoniana,select the fast-growing clones,and provide reference for the selection of improved varieties.[Method]Analysis and comparison of different clones of Pinus massoniana by variance analysis.[Result]The height of No.1 and No.9 tissue culture seedling was the highest,there was no significant difference between No.1 and No.9 tissue culture seedling,and there were significant differences between them and other strains.[Conclusion]The result indicated that the No.1 and No.9 tissue culture seedling showed obvious growth superiority and has good application value.
