江苏双沟酒厂老厂区出土疑似酒糟土样的植物遗存分析

Analysis of Plant Remains of the Suspected Distiller’s Grains Soil Samples from the Old Factory of Shuanggou Winery in Jiangsu Province

本文利用植物考古分析方法对江苏双沟酒厂老厂区明代房址内发现的疑似酒糟土样进行检测,发现了丰富的植物遗存,其中植物遗骸以水稻稃壳为主,植硅体来自水稻、疑似高粱等植物。检测结果为探讨泗洪双沟地区明代的酿酒原料提供了直接证据。

In this paper,the suspected distiller’s grains soil samples,found in the old factory area of Shuanggou Winery in Jiangsu Province in the Ming Dynasty,were detected through plant archaeological analysis,and abundant plant remains were found,among which the plant remains were mainly rice husks,and the phytoliths came from rice,suspected sorghum and other plants.The test results provide direct evidence for exploring the raw materials of wine making in the Ming Dynasty in Shuanghou area of Sihong.
