摘要
选取健康的60头杜×长×大三元杂交育肥猪,将其分成两组:试验1组(对照)、试验2组,每组30头猪,分3个重复,每个重复10头猪;用常规饲粮饲喂对照组猪;在常规饲粮中添加0.5%的配方抗氧化应激剂后,饲喂试验2组猪;饲养试验时间35 d。使用配方抗氧化应激剂,可使猪的日增重提高17.61%,饲料转化率提高8.14%,猪血清谷丙转氨酶活性降低14.31%,血清谷草转氨酶活性降低19.45%,血清总超氧化物歧化酶活性提高5.89%,血清丙二醛降低17.60%,猪背最长肌总超氧化物歧化酶活性提高19.93%,肝脏总超氧化物歧化酶活性提高7.25%,背最长肌丙二醛降低22.54%,肝脏丙二醛降低17.37%,背最长肌滴水损失降低41.56%。试验结果表明,配方抗氧化应激剂可增强猪的抗氧化功能,提高生产性能。
60 healthy,three-way crossbred(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire)finishing pigs were selected,then were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group 1(the control group),and the experimental group 2,each group 30 pigs.The control group pigs were fed to the routine diet;the experimental group 2 pigs were fed to the routine diet supplemented by 0.5%of the formula antioxidant stress agent.The feeding experimental period was 35 d.The experimental results were as follow:compared with the control group,ADG of the experimental group 2 pigs increased by 17.61%,FCR increased by 8.14%,glutamic pyruvic transaminase activities in serum decreased by 14.31%,glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase activities in serum decreased by 19.45%,total superoxide dismutase activities in serum increased by 5.89%,malondialdehyde in serum decreased by 17.60%,total superoxide dismutase activities in longissimus dorsi increased by 19.93%,total superoxide dismutase activities in liver increased by 7.25%,malondialdehyde in longissimus dorsi decreased by 22.54%,malondialdehyde in liver decreased by 17.37%,water loss rate of longissimus dorsi decreased by 41.56%.The experimental results showed that the formula antioxidant stress agent could enhance antioxidant function of pigs,and raise productive performance.
