摘要
利用高效液相色谱技术测定了土茯苓中六种活性成分含量,实验结果表明:表儿茶素、新落新妇苷、落新妇苷、异落新妇苷、黄杞苷和白藜芦醇的含量分别为0.14、1.30、6.48、2.80、0.83、0.61 mg/g。以睾酮为底物,应用液相色谱与三重四级杆质谱联用技术测定土茯苓乙酸乙酯提取物体外抑制CYP3A4酶能力,IC 50值为0.003±0.12μg/μL(n=3),结果表明,土茯苓具有很强的抑制CYP3A4作用。
The contents of six active components in Smilax glabra were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that the contents of epicatechin,neoastilbin,astilbin,isoastilbin,baicalin and resveratrol were 0.14,1.30,6.48,2.80,0.83 and 0.61 mg/g,respectively.Testosterone was used as the probe substrate,the inhibitory activity of ethyl acetate extract of Smilax glabra on CYP3A4 in vitro was determined by liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry,The IC 50 value was 0.003±0.12μg/μL.The results showed that Smilax glabra extract had a strong inhibitory effect on CYP3A4 enzyme.
