摘要
依据药物拼合原理,设计了3个丹皮酚酯类化合物,通过酯化反应、氯化反应3个丹皮酚酯类化合物被合成,其结构均经MS、1H NMR和13C NMR确证。采用Bron比浊法对合成的丹皮酚酯类化合物的抗血小板聚集性进行了研究,结果表明,丹皮酚酯类化合物3对AA、ADP诱导的血小板聚集的抑制活性优于丹皮酚和阿司匹林,丹皮酚酯类化合物1对ADP诱导的血小板聚集的抑制活性优于丹皮酚,但弱于阿司匹林。
According to the principle of drug combination,three Paeonol esters were designed and synthesized by esterification and chlorination.Their structures were confirmed by MS,1H NMR and 13C NMR.The antiplatelet aggregation activity of Paeonol esters was studied by using Bron turbidimetry.Results showed that the inhibitory activity of Paeonol esters 3 on Platelet aggregation induced by AA and ADP was XX,respectively,higher than Paeonol and aspirin,the inhibitory activity of Paeonol esters 1 on ADP-induced platelet aggregation was better than that of Paeonol,but weaker than that of aspirin.
