摘要
鉴于废油再生提炼厂的废水具有高含油量、高COD值、难生物降解的特点,选择过滤-臭氧氧化-混凝沉淀-膜过滤组合工艺处理,并优化试验条件以达到经济高效的处理效果。结果表明,当pH为10,臭氧氧化2 h,PAC添加量为4 g/L,PAM的添加量为0.2 g/L时,组合工艺对废水的石油类物质含量和COD Cr的去除率分别达到93.9%和91.6%。
In view of the characteristics of high oil content,high COD value,and difficult biodegradation of waste water from a waste oil regeneration and extraction plant,the combined process of filtration-ozonation-coagulation-membrane filtration was selected and the experimental conditions were optimized to achieve economical and efficient treatment effects.The results showed that when pH was 10,ozonation time for 2 h,the addition of PAC for 4 g/L and PAM for 0.2 g/L,the removal rates of petroleum oil content and COD Cr in the wastewater by the combined process reached 93.9%and 91.6%,respectively.
