110接警员专业化建设水平滞后,表现在人才招录不规范、工作任务繁重、待遇低、缺乏晋升通道、在职培训存在短板等方面。专业化建设途径有:扩大非公安专业毕业生招录比例;提高岗位能力;提高工资福利待遇;畅通职务晋升通道;改进岗位培训。

The level of professionalization of 110operation police officer lags,which is reflected in the irregular recruitment,heavy work tasks,low salaries,lack of promotion channels,and shortcomings in on-the-job training.This paper proposes the following ways for professional construction:expanding the proportion of non-public security graduates,improving job capabilities,increasing wages and benefits,enhancing job promotion channels and improving job training.
