论结构主义视角下犯罪现场的重建与再现

On the Reconstruction and Reappearance of the Crime Scene from the Perspective of Structuralism

作为犯罪行为发生的地点与场所,犯罪现场是一个完整的系统,拥有相应的结构与构成要素。因此,从结构主义视角出发,围绕犯罪现场的具体结构,有助于侦查办案人员重建和再现犯罪现场,挖掘更多证据与侦查线索,早日将犯罪嫌疑人缉拿归案。基于此,立足结构主义视角,着重围绕犯罪现场的重建与再现进行简要分析研究。

As the place where criminal acts occur,the crime scene is a complete system with corresponding structure and constituent elements.Therefore,from a structuralist perspective,this paper focuses on the specific structure of the crime scene,which will help investigators reconstruct and reproduce the crime scene,dig out more evidence and clues for investigation,and bring the suspect to justice.The perspective of structuralism focuses on the brief analysis and research around the reconstruction and reproduction of the crime scene.
