摘要
2013年国外慕课(MOOC)浪潮进入中国,对我国高等教育模式、教学者和学习者以及教育资源配置等方面都产生了强烈冲击。慕课有着课程质量高、教学不受时间地点限制、满足学习者不同的兴趣及需求、教学覆盖规模广泛等众多优势。但也存在一些问题,例如课程质量参差不齐、学习成效难以保证和平台建设不完善等问题。高等教育的慕课建设应从以下三方面改进:首先高校应大力支持教师工作,将慕课与传统教学体系相融合并开展校企合作与慕课联盟;其次,教师应加强自身建设;最后,慕课平台也需要不断改进与完善。以此共同应对未来慕课发展带来的挑战。
In 2013,the wave of MOOCs entered China,which had a strong impact onour higher education model,teachers and learners,and the allocation of educational resources.Mooc has many advantages,such as high course quality,teaching free from time and place restrictions,meeting learners different interests and needs,and extensive teaching coverage.But there are also some problems,such as uneven course quality,difficulty in guaranteeing learning results,and imperfect platform construction.The construction of MOOCs in higher education should be improved from the following three aspects:First,universities should support teachers’work,integrate MOOCs with traditional teaching systems and develop school-enterprise cooperation and MOOC alliances;Secondly,teachers should strengthen their own knowledge and ability;The platform also needs continuous improvement and perfection.In this way,we can jointly deal with the challenges brought by the development of MOOCs in the future.
