摘要
一、疾病概述(一)定义急性上呼吸道感染(upper respiratory tract infection,URTI)简称上感,是由各种病毒和/或细菌引起的主要侵犯鼻、咽或喉部急性炎症的总称。以病毒多见,占70%~80%,细菌感染占20%~30%,细菌可直接引起感染或继发于病毒感染之后。
