埋地聚乙烯缠绕结构壁管(B型)排水管与热力管沟交叉的探讨

摘要 在不同工程技术标准之中,对于聚乙烯缠绕结构壁管(B型)排水管与热力管沟交叉的垂直净距、水平净距的规定存在矛盾,在工程中执行困难.排水管道是重力流,线位没有很大的调整余地,如果在与热力管沟位置较近处采取保护措施,仍需要解决导热问题.通过对混凝土、隔热材料等的导热计算,结合工程经验,探索合理的净距,并提出可靠而易实施的保护措施. Among the different engineering technical standards,there are contradictions upon the regulations of the vertical and horizontal net distance for the crossing of polyethylene winding structural wall tube(Type B)drain pipe and thermal pipe trench,which results in the difficulties of project implementation.There is limited room for line position setting because of the gravity flow of drain pipe.When protective measures are taken around the thermal pipe trench,heat conduction problem needs to be solved accordingly.Based on the calculation of heat conduction for concrete and heat insulation materials,combining engineering experience,this paper explores reasonable net distance and proposes reliable and practical protective measures.
