National urban water supply whole process supervision platform based on hybrid cloud architecture

基于国家、省、市三级供水监管的需求,提出了集中部署与分布式部署相结合的混合云平台构建思路,明确了混合云模式构建的关键技术和实现要求,搭建了基于混合管理体系结构的城市供水全过程监管平台,为全过程、多层次、多环节加强供水系统综合监管提供技术支撑,同时为混合云技术在城市供水监管领域的落地部署、实施提供了有益探索.

Based on the requirements of national,provincial and municipal water supply supervision,this paper proposes a hybrid cloud platform construction idea combining centralized deployment and distributed deployment,clarifies the key technologies and implementation requirements of hybrid cloud mode construction,and builds the whole process supervision platform of urban water supply based on hybrid cloud management architecture.This platform provides technical support for strengthening the comprehensive supervision of the water supply system in the whole process,at multiple levels and at multiple links,and at the same time provides useful exploration for the deployment and implementation of hybrid cloud technology in the field of urban water supply supervision.
