地连墙质量优化措施

摘要 针对地连墙质量问题,统计分析探摸数据,明确地连墙露筋和空洞集中分布于-2.50 m以上和墙段接缝处。从地质条件、地基处理、泥浆、混凝土、成槽、钢筋笼制作安装、接头管安放等方面分析导致缺陷集中分布的原因。提出在混凝土浇注期间检测泥浆指标和监测沉渣厚度、增加对接头管安放位置和垂直度检测、提高成槽垂直度要求、提高垫板的保护能力、提高上部松软土层的稳定性以及改进墙段接头形式等质量优化措施。 In view of the quality problems of diaphragm wall, we carry out a statistical analysis on the exploration data,and make clear that the exposed reinforcement and cavity of diaphragm wall are concentrated at the joints above-2. 50 m and at the joint of wall sections.The causes of concentrated distribution of defects are analyzed from the geologic conditions, foundation treatment, mud, concrete, grooving, reinforcement cage production and installation,joint pipe placement,etc. Quality improvement measures including detecting mud index and sediment thickness during concrete pouring, increasing the position and perpendicularity detection of butt joint pipe,increasing the perpendicularity requirement of forming groove, improving the protection ability of base plate,improving the stability of the upper soft soil layer and improving the joint form of wall section are put forward.
