The Role of ERP Sand Table Training in Undergraduates’Innovative Entrepreneurial Education

为了提高大学生的创新创业能力,高校开设了创新创业课程。本文分析了ERP沙盘实训在搭建有竞争力的创业团队、培养学生的创业策划能力、企业经营能力、团队合作能力、敢为人先的创新意识、承受挫折的意志品质和诚实守信的职业操守等方面的作用,提出ERP沙盘实训能够提高大学生创新创业的能力,在创新创业教育中具有积极的作用。

In order to improve the innovation entrepreneurship ability of undergraduates,lots of higher colleges have set up innovative entrepreneurship courses.This paper analyzes the role of ERP sand table training in students’teamwork ability,team planning ability,entrepreneurial spirit,career planning ability,business consciousness,professional ethics and other aspects,then puts forward that ERP sand table training can improve undergraduate’innovation entrepreneurship ability,so it’s a positive role in innovation entrepreneurship education.
