地方性民族高校社会体育指导与管理专业人才培养模式改革思考——以四川民族学院为例

On the Reform of the Training Mode of Social Sports Guidance and Management Professionals in Local Universities for Nationalities——A Case Study of Sichuan University for Nationalities

运用文献资料法、实地考察法、逻辑分析法等方法对四川民族学院社会体育指导与管理专业人才培养模式进行调查,研究发现:目前的课程体系培养模式不能满足乡村振兴背景下的现实需求。文章从培养目标、培养内容、培养过程、培养保障四个方面进行分析并提出优化策略,以期为同类高校培养“实用型”“应用型”“多元化”的全能型体育人才提供一定的理论参考。

By using the methods of literature,on-the-spot investigation and logical analysis,this paper investigates the training mode of social sports guidance and management professionals in Sichuan University for Nationalities,and finds that the current training mode of curriculum system cannot meet the actual needs of rural revitalization.This paper analyzes the four aspects of training objectives,training contents,training process and training guarantee,and puts forward optimization strategies,in order to provide certain theoretical reference for the training of“practical”,“applied”and“diversified”all-round sports talents in similar universities.
