摘要
产教融合背景下技能型人才的进阶培养,要求学校从学生“学”的层面,构建完整的课程体系,优化实训条件;事务所从“教”学生的角度,联结产学两端,搭建融合平台;企业从“产”的维度,培育技能“双师”,深化校企合作。通过“校-事务所-企”协同育人,提升专业学生的技能素养,提高产学教研一体化水平,突出育人特色,彰显职业教育初心。
The advanced training of skilled talents in the context of production-education integration requires schools to build a complete curriculum system and optimize training conditions from the level of“learning”by students;the firm connects the two ends of industry and academies to build a fusion platform from the perspective of“teaching”students;the company cultivates the skills of“double teachers”and deepens the cooperation between schools and enterprises from the perspective of“industry”.Through the“school-office-enterprise”collaborative education,professional skills of professional students will be improved,and the level of integration of production,teaching,and research will be enhanced.Educational characteristics will be highlighted and the original intention of vocational education will be demonstrated.
